Health Insurance - IMA412.jpgOn January 1, 2007 Sanford & Tatum Insurance Agency and Texas Mutual Insurance Company joined together to create Texas Medical Group (TMG). TMG’s purpose is to oversee the purchase of workers' compensation insurance for the medical industry outside the hospital setting.
At no cost to join, members of the Safety Group will receive the following benefits:
  • An immediate 10.9% premium discount
  • Potential for dividend payout*
  • Industry-specific safety plan access
  • Members maintain their own policy and experience
As the Master Agent, Sanford and Tatum Insurance Agency will:
  • Act as group administrator
  • Maintain changes to the Group's Plan of Operation
  • Communicate with current and prospective members
  • Make every effort to see that members insure their entire risk
Since the establishment of TMG in 2007, members throughout the State of Texas have benefited from dividends* paid to group participants. The following dividends have been distributed:
